Very bad experience with Mirraw I ordered it for Diwali but I received my package after Diwali and I got it in 21 days which I didn't expect after taking multiple follow ups first customer told they will deliver it before Diwali and I clearly mentioned that if I get my parcel after Diwali please cancel my order bcoz it's of no use for me and customer support also dropped me mail that start my cancellation process after that Now on Nov 11 I received my product which is of no use for me and even I am not satisfied with the quality of product I requested my refund but still received any email from your customer support. I was so disappointed The quality was poor and it was nothing like the genuine product that I assumed I was buying and delivery was too delayed.
I am surprised that such a well-known and respected company could do like this.
