🟢 Stitching: If stitching was requested, this status shows when it’s completed.
🟢 Ready to Ship: Products are packed and ready for shipment.
🟢 Dispatched: The order has been shipped, and tracking details are emailed to you.

How can I return a product?

Product Condition:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn in its original condition. Returns will only be accepted for products that show no signs of use or damage. If the product has any signs of use, damage, or fragrance, it cannot be returned. Contact customer support for assistance. -

Please return the product via your local postal service and keep the tracking details. Share these details with us at mcare@mirraw.com or call +1 760 678 1780 / +1 949 464 5941. -
Adjusted Invoice:
Please provide an invoice with a lower value than the original purchase price to help with customs clearance. -
Shipping and Customs Charges:
The customer is responsible for shipping and customs charges associated with the return. These charges are not covered by Mirraw. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and approved by our quality team. - Ship the product back within 7 days to be eligible for a return.

In Custom Stitching the product is stitched as per the measurement given by the customer.
It is customized as per the customer requirement.
You can select custom stitching while placing the order.
In custom stitching, a measurement form is sent to the customer, which needs to be filled out within 48–72 hours post receipt of the measurement form.
It takes 7-8 days additional for delivery.
